I shouldn't have to say things like that -
things to bridge the gaps between
where we are...how we are.

Hearing that you're working so hard
for the happiness you deserve
shouldn't make me cry.

I shouldn't feel so close to you all the time,
because we're rarely ever close at all.
But I do. And it does. And I always do.
